This is new construction taking place between the James A Wood Foundation and the Southern Building
on fifth ST between San Pedro and San Julian. SRO Housing is erecting a new housing facility.
In the real estate industry for almost three decades, I can not help but notice all of the activity taking place in the Skid Row area. New "for sale" signs are going up evey day on the walls of buildings. "IN ESCROW banners are covering "for sale " signs. Alot is going on in the area.
